Development Services Data Specialist

The Development Services Data Specialist is a key member of the fundraising team, responsible for data processing and record maintenance. You’ll help fundraising team members access accurate and timely donor and donation information while also helping with data process development to improve record keeping systems.

Location:

Greater Denver metro area; not remote; hybrid schedule 3 days per week.

About You

Trustworthy person who understands data discretion and confidentiality. Enjoys digging into details to solve problems. Motivated by ensuring clean, accurate data. Process focused and self‑starter. Top‑notch customer service skills, talent for collaboration and closed‑loop communication.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of data entry, data hygiene, and data processing best practices, handling data discreetly and confidentially.
  • Experience processing finances or payments.
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Excellent attention to detail with data entry.
  • Demonstrated experience solving data projects.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, prioritize requests.
Education Equivalency
  • Fully relatable bachelor’s or master’s degree may replace some required years of experience but is not required.
