Get Found Fast is a Denver-area performance marketing agency built on one principle: results speak louder than promises. We manage paid media for 100+ clients across competitive industries, and we're looking for an experienced Google Ads buyer ready to take the reins on a portfolio of accounts and drive serious growth.
This isn't a sit in a queue and wait for tasks role. You'll have direct ownership of strategy, budget allocation, and optimization for your accounts — with the autonomy to test, iterate, and prove what works.
What You'll Own- Full lifecycle management of Google Ads accounts — strategy, build, optimization, scaling
- Paid social execution across Meta and Linked In to complement search strategy
- Budget pacing and bid strategy across a multi-client portfolio, with real accountability for CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume
- Conversion tracking architecture (GA4, GTM, Call Rail) — you'll know exactly what's working and why
- Monthly client‑facing performance reviews where you present the story behind the numbers
- A voice in shaping our paid media tech stack and processes as we scale
- 2+ years hands‑on Google Ads management with real budget responsibility (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of Meta and Linked In Ads
- Fluency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking fundamentals — you don't guess, you verify
- Sharp analytical instincts — you see a CPA spike and already know where to look
- Organizational chops to manage multiple accounts without dropping balls
- Communication skills sharp enough to translate "why CPA went up" into a client win
- Direct ownership of your accounts — not a cog in a review chain
- Modern ad tech stack (Semrush, Call Rail, Agency Analytics, Report Garden) that makes your job easier, not harder
- Growth path into senior/lead roles as the team scales
