Responsibilities

- Familiarity with accounting, full‑charge bookkeeping, AP, AR, or a relevant business discipline.
- High level of empathy and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience utilizing AI‑powered support tools such as chatbots or virtual assistants to enhance customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to maintain a predictable, full‑time support schedule.
