Responsibilities
- Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise user profile management platforms
- Monitor system health, logon times, storage usage, replication, and overall profile performance
- Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across networks, domains, and environments
- Troubleshoot complex profile related issues
- Implement configuration updates, version changes, architecture optimizations, and operational modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with endpoint, VDI, storage, authentication, and cybersecurity teams
- Apply security updates, software patches, and configuration fixes
- Identify and remediate noncompliant profile management components
- 4+ years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE)
- Hands‑on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., MECM/Intune or similar)
- Strong proficiency in OS deployment, task sequencing, imaging, driver management, application packaging, and automation
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint, authentication, profile, and configuration issues
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross team collaboration skills
- U.S. citizenship required
