Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

• Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to support business operations
• Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to address business challenges
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through data analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve our data strategy

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with data mining, cleaning, and manipulation techniques
• Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
