Job Description Required Skills
- Hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, Hardware Technician, or similar role
. - Strong experience with server/hardware replacement and hardware swaps
. - Proven break/fix and hardware troubleshooting experience
. - Experience working with rack-mounted and/or blade servers
. - Knowledge of server components including HDD/SSD, RAM/DIMM, PSU, CPU, motherboard, NIC, fans, and RAID
. - Experience with rack & stack, cabling, labeling, and equipment installation/removal
. - Ability to read and follow technical procedures and hardware documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced data center environment.
