Software Engineer, Systems Engineer

Design cloud-based software systems in support of the client
Evaluate and modernize data processing in the cloud
Support software systems and gain experience in mission data transformation
Meet data centricity objectives
Merge system processes and documentation with strategic growth and risk management
Create efficient and dependable software products
Translate requirements into accomplishments that drive change
Support Agile planning and team activities
Deliver documentation through the contract data requirements list approval process
Identify and track technical debt, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Experience with systems engineering and model-based systems engineering
• Experience with Agile methodology, requirements definition, system documentation, and customer support
• Ability to support missions through detailed, well-written, and government-accepted documentation and requirements traceability
• Ability to identify and track technical debt, risks, and opportunities at a tactical and strategic level
• Ability to function on a team and fully engage in Agile planning and support
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE Certification within 6 months of hire date
• Experience with cloud software development, requirements traceability, government contract data requirements lists, risk management processes or best practices, or software back-end testing
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Visio graphic design
• Ability to deliver all documentation on-time through the contract data requirements list approval process
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
• TS/SCI clearance is required
