- Own and manage the end-to-end functional architecture for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models within Salesforce
- Architect high-volume data integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms
- Transform business requirement epics into functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment
- Collaborate with global finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Troubleshoot and optimize invoice generation, proration logic, and system synchronization processes
- Lead strategic billing and downstream integration workflows
- Serve as the primary functional lead for Salesforce Billing and quote-to-cash workflows
- 6 or more years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep functional focus on Salesforce Billing
- Proven track record designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems
- Comprehensive understanding of the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience integrating Salesforce Billing with enterprise ERPs such as SAP or Oracle is a bonus
- Familiarity with specialized revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways is a bonus
- Experience operating within high-volume, enterprise-scale monetization and billing environments is a bonus
Expertise in managing end-to-end functional architecture for subscription and usage-based billing models within Salesforce, with a strong focus on high-volume data integrations and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
