Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

Compensation:
Base range = $160k-$210k

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals across multiple communities within Colorado.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales directors.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and corporate leadership to ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations within the senior living industry.
• Represent the company nationwide.
• Drive culture of exceptional service and resident experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience - preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• In-depth knowledge of the senior living industry.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
