Structured Cabling Project Manager

Work Location: Projects located throughout Colorado. Travel required based on project needs. In-person otherwise.

This is a senior-level position intended for experienced professionals with demonstrated success managing structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects.

Giga Span Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑visibility projects across Colorado. This role is for high‑quality candidates only - experienced professionals with strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven project delivery success.

This position supports projects throughout the state and requires periodic travel to job sites and client locations.

• Project Delivery - Manage end‑to‑end structured cabling and fiber optic installations.
• Field Leadership -Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring site compliance.
• Client Management - Serve as the primary client contact and lead project communication.
• Technical Oversight - Provide leadership for fiber splicing, testing, and copper infrastructure.
• Planning & Estimation - Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

• 5+ years managing structured cabling or low‑voltage projects
• Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and Division 27
• Proven leadership of field teams
• Experience managing budgets and schedules
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout Colorado

• BICSI RCDD or RTPM
• OSHA 30
• Experience managing enterprise‑level projects
• Construction or telecom management experience

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Commission pay and bonus opportunities.
• Project profit bonus awarded for projects that achieve a minimum of 25% profit margin at closeout
