• Up to $50,000 in on-track performance bonuses (paid quarterly)

• Practice Leadership: Drive the strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department firm‑wide.
• Caseload Management: Independently manage and litigate a high‑volume caseload of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from inception to conclusion.
• Client Advocacy: Conduct thorough client intakes, assess complex financial situations, and maintain compassionate, empathetic client communication.
• Court & Creditor Representation: Proficiently represent clients at 341 meetings and handle bankruptcy adversary proceedings (litigation and settlement negotiations).
