Parts Manager

We're looking for a powersports parts professional with 5+ years of experience as a Parts Manager or Parts & Service Manager
, ready to grow into a Parts Director role at one of the highest-volume powersports dealerships in the Rocky Mountain region.

• Proven experience running a parts department at scale — high transaction volume, deep SKU counts, and multi-brand inventory (motorcycles, ATV/UTV, snowmobiles, marine, etc.)
• Strong P&L ownership: managing margins, turn rates, obsolescence, and fill rate as real business metrics, not just order fulfillment
• Skilled in vendor and OEM relationship management — negotiating pricing, co-op dollars, and stock order strategy
• Fluent in DMS/inventory platforms (Lightspeed) with strong reporting instincts
• A leader who’s built & mentored a parts counter team, and can scale that leadership as the department grows
• Experience integrating parts with service and online/accessory sales to drive additional revenue
• Growth mindset — someone who sees this as a launchpad into department-wide strategic leadership, not just a title change
