Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manager of Finance to support financial operations across the Mountain Region. This role will lead a team of finance professionals while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, pro forma development, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings strong healthcare finance experience.
This position will partner closely with operational and executive leaders to drive financial planning initiatives, support organizational decision-making, and strengthen financial performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Oversee development and management of pro formas supporting strategic and operational initiatives.
- Provide financial modeling, analysis, and decision support to leadership teams.
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Deliver actionable insights through ongoing financial reporting and analysis.
- Manage and develop a team of 4 direct reports, with anticipated growth to 6 team members.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development support.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Remove barriers for team members and create processes that enable success.
- Lead organizational transition efforts as team members align under new leadership.
- Partner with operational and executive leaders across the Mountain Region.
- Translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and business case development.
- Drive accountability for financial goals and performance metrics.
