EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or inventory system)
- Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and escalate promptly
Required:
- Follow FIFO and material handling best practices
- Support QA/QC by maintaining material traceability when required
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards
- Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Kit materials by prefab work order, spool, or assembly
- Stage kits to production areas per schedule and priority
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature
- Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes
- Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors
- Travel requirements: up to 10% of time
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
