As a CNC Machinist, you’ll help manufacture precision components for some of the most advanced aerospace systems in the world. • iewSet up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, and more) to create precision aerospace parts that meet exacting specificati
• ons Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requireme
• nts Program CNC machines using G-code and M-code, as well as modify existing programs to optimize performa
• nce Inspect parts before and after machining using micrometers, calipers, and other precision to
• ols Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure part accuracy and adherence to toleran
• ces Perform basic machine maintenance and resolve routine equipment iss
• ues Track production data and support continuous improvement efforts on the shop fl
• oor Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area—and contribute to a culture of safety and accountabil

• ate Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar automated machining equip
• ment
  
  High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in machining prefe
• ed Solid understanding of shop math, blueprints, and layout techni
• ques Skilled in setting up tooling, loading programs, and editing G-code/M-
• code Familiar with SPC methodology and lean manufacturing princi
• les Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing

The Base Rate for this position is $40 - $50 per hour. Actual rate will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
