Wire Harness Assembler

Wire Harness Cable Assemblers – Centennial, CO

Do you excel at building detailed wire harnesses and working to the highest workmanship standards? We’re looking for experienced Cable Assemblers who bring precision, quality, and strong IPC‑620 / Mil‑Spec knowledge to a team that values expert craftsmanship.

Location: Centennial, CO

Pay: $24–$35/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Review and confirm traveler documentation, including part numbers, revisions, and quantities
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards before use
• Perform advanced cable preparation such as cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping, and prepping multi‑conductor cables
• Complete connector assembly, soldering, heat‑shrink application, labeling, and potting
• Build wire harnesses using detailed assembly boards, schematics, and drawings
• Operate stripping equipment and manual tools with accuracy and consistency
• Sign off traveler steps as each stage of the process is completed
• Ensure all components and finished assemblies are properly labeled, packaged, and protected
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑driven work area
• Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
• Report any hazards, issues, or incidents immediately
• Contribute to continuous improvement, training efforts, and other assigned tasks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
