Production Assembly Technician

We are looking for an experienced Production Assembly Technician to join our first shift production team. The primary purpose of this Centennial, CO based position is to follow established procedures in production line and cell environments to test and perform calibration, adjustment, and assembly of handheld specialized electromechanical equipment. Use third‑party boot loaders and programming apparatus to download programs into a CPU assembly.

Provide suggestions with remedies to problem areas that prohibit a smooth production flow.

• Perform tests, calibrations, adjustments, and complete assembly of critical electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies in manufacturing line and cell environments.
• Work from established work instructions, test procedures, and schematics to determine the method and sequence for adjustment and calibration.
• Understand cell manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and predictable production flow.
• Test functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and parts under specified environmental conditions including vibration, pressure, and humidity.
• Calibrate test instruments according to specifications.
• Calibrate and test manufactured equipment using in‑house alignment and calibration fixtures.
• Use sound judgment principles to ensure all work meets established guidelines.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding testing procedures and results to resolve problems.
• Use PC, UNIX, or MAC computer systems to download programs into CPU assemblies.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• 1+ year experience in a technical production environment.
• Experience loading programs into CPU assemblies.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly diagrams and follow established procedures.
• Electrical Technical degree or 2+ years of related manufacturing work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ready to perform tasks at the assigned starting time.
• Ability to support overtime as required.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

The work occurs in a manufacturing setting with adhesives, glues, and solvents. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Sitting or standing in place for extended periods while performing specific tasks.
• Using small hand tools repetitively.

This full‑time exempt position is eligible for all LTI benefits including employer‑paid medical, life, disability, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with a match. The base pay is a minimum of $19.50 per hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additional compensation such as bonuses may be available.
