The Manufacturing Management Development Program offers recent graduates and early‑career professionals a 6‑month immersive experience followed by 3 months of on‑the‑job application to develop future leaders in manufacturing operations.

• Gain practical experience in manufacturing operations, quality, safety, production planning, and logistics through real‑world assignments and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
• Support execution of manufacturing goals and process improvement projects.
• Communicate goals, updates, and metrics to the team regularly.
• Train and mentor associates to achieve peak performance.
• Ensure shift handoff and reporting processes are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with scheduling, warehouse, and support teams for seamless operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or an applicable major supporting food manufacturing or supply chain.
• Ability to quickly develop new skills, learn new tools, and integrate new techniques.
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Passionate about making an impact while working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams for overall company objectives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and various work assignments.
• Highly motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative on your own.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically.
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the program to one of our manufacturing plants.
