Production Operator

Koala Kare Products is the world’s most recognized brand of baby changing stations and commercial childcare products. We are a privately held company headquartered in Centennial, CO, and a division of Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc.

Under direction of Production Supervisor or his/her designee, performs various aspects of assembling baby changing tables, highchairs, and seating products, including sub‑assembly, final assembly, parts, bagging, making cartons and packaging.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Follow and maintain all aspects of quality.
• Manual and automation assisted assembly of raw materials into finished goods.
• Meet predetermined production deadlines.
• Assist inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Must be able to function in a team-oriented and continuously improving environment.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and/or interpret documents such as work orders, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules.
• Ability to comprehend and respond appropriately in English; fluency in English preferred.
• Lift, push or pull loads up to 50 pounds.
• Use of light tools such as screwdrivers, drills, hammer, rivet guns, air tools, various machines, etc., is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Positive attitude and great work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth.

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
