Process Technician
Full Time Technical, Centennial, CO, US
Salary Range: $30.00 to $36.00 Hourly
Company DescriptionPlastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has approx. 100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO, a suburb of Denver. A third facility in Longmont, CO, a suburb of Denver, provides in‑house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

- Work with QA Inspectors to maintain part quality standards
- Basic machine maintenance

- Creation, documentation, and maintenance of injection molding processes
- Mold teardown, assembly, cleaning, and maintenance
- Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment including sprue pickers, robots, thermolators, material loaders, conveyors, valve gates, and hot tip controllers
- Assist production staff with part assembly and packaging as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent time management

Process Technicians will at times be relied upon to assist in assigning and delegating tasks and/or fill in a backup for shift leads.
Shift Availability- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
