Take direction from Supervisor or lead to accomplish set production goals. This position will operate the paw bag machine, while ensuring that all safety procedures and policies are being followed.

• Participate as an active team member of production in assigned area.
• Assist in training of co-workers as directed.
• Perform repetitive tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP programs, SSOPs and GMPs.
• Effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.

• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
• Ability to work in cool temperatures.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes to the needs of production.
• Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations (less than 3 feet).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand or walk for entire 8-hour shift.
• Must be responsible for wearing the correct job specific PPE, at all times.

Food or production experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
