We specialize in high-complexity precision machining for the space and defense industries, producing components including turbo machinery, valves, housings, manifolds, actuators, and other critical hardware from titanium, Inconel, PH stainless steels, Monel, Toughmet, and other demanding materials.
This position is for a machinist who takes pride in running exceptional parts, and understands the importance of process discipline.

Weekend Shift – 3x12Friday, Saturday, Sunday
12-hour shifts
36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machining centers
- Run complex, tight-tolerance aerospace and defense components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and inspection requirements
- Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Make appropriate tool offsets and minor process adjustments
- Monitor tool life and replace tooling as required
- Verify parts meet dimensional and cosmetic requirements before moving to the next operation
- Follow established setup sheets, programs, inspection plans, and standardized work
- Accurately record production, inspection, and labor information in Pro Shop ERP
- Maintain a clean, organized machine and work area
- Identify process problems and actively participate in continuous improvement
- Communicate issues clearly so problems are corrected rather than passed to the next operation
Required:
- CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment
- Ability to independently operate CNC equipment
- Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and tool wear
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T
- Ability to inspect your own work
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
Preferred:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with 5-axis machining
- Experience with DMG Mori equipment
- Experience with Siemens controls
- Experience machining titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, and other difficult materials
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
- Experience working within an AS9100 quality system
- Familiarity with Pro Shop ERP
Ideal candidates have experience programming, setting up, proving out, and running complex 5 axis parts on a variety of machines and controls.

Compensation: Based on experience and abilities. 80k-120k + benefits and overtime
