- Current, active Colorado RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

* Bonus details:
Eligible employees will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked, up to $2,500. Eligibility requires completing pre-onboarding within 10 days of application submission and is valid for first-time employees upon completion of all required documents.
