Overview

A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking Geriatrics‑oriented Nurse Practitioners to join their 12 provider group. With a team‑based approach and retention‑oriented leadership, this position offers longevity and career satisfaction in a Rocky Mountain metropolitan setting.

• Nurse Practitioners with Geriatrics or Adults experience in either their RN or NP career are encouraged to apply.

• 100% outpatient role via a 4‑day work week.
• 8‑12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow‑ups, acute illness, etc.
• Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
• Guaranteed base salary of $120,000‑$130,000 with an additional bonus structure in place.
• EPIC EMR and robust support staff onsite.
