Health Now Family Practice Primary Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic and supportive team in Centennial, CO

- Malpractice coverage provided for the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Part-time and full-time options for a Nurse Practitioner
- Supportive onboarding process for Advanced Practice Providers.
- Flexible scheduling – ideally seeking availability for 3–4 days/week starting October/November 2025
As an FNP, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including:
- Conducting thorough physical exams and obtaining complete medical histories
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Administering treatments, medications, suturing minor lacerations, and more
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
Optional Opportunities: Aesthetic training, Peptides, Weight loss therapy, Biote hormone therapy and more.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Proficiency in procedures: suturing, pap smears, skin biopsies, I&D, administering IV fluids, reading EKGs and Spirometry
- Active Colorado State Nurse Practitioner license
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current prescriptive authority with no claims against your license
- BLS certification required
