Family Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice Primary Care; Denver​/Centennial

Health Now Family Practice Primary Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic and supportive team in Centennial, CO

• Malpractice coverage provided for the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Part-time and full-time options for a Nurse Practitioner
• Supportive onboarding process for Advanced Practice Providers.
• Flexible scheduling – ideally seeking availability for 3–4 days/week starting October/November 2025

As an FNP, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including:

• Conducting thorough physical exams and obtaining complete medical histories
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Administering treatments, medications, suturing minor lacerations, and more
• Educating patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care

Optional Opportunities: Aesthetic training, Peptides, Weight loss therapy, Biote hormone therapy and more.

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Proficiency in procedures: suturing, pap smears, skin biopsies, I&D, administering IV fluids, reading EKGs and Spirometry
• Active Colorado State Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current prescriptive authority with no claims against your license
• BLS certification required
