Base Pay: $20.49 – $25.09 per hour

Shift Differentials: +$0.60, +$1.50 for NOC, +$2.00 for weekend

Monthly Pay Estimate: $1,650

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Document resident care in accordance with facility policies

• Current Alaska CNA Certification (required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Compassionate, resident‑centered attitude
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Previous healthcare experience preferred; training provided
