Role Overview

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and valid Colorado LPN license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; IV therapy certification and experience with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to safety, and ability to work within scope of practice.

• Support patient care activities, including rooming patients and assisting with procedures.
• Administer treatments and medications accurately, monitor patient status, and report changes.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and post-care instructions.
• Maintain documentation and assist in training new staff.
• Order and manage supplies, adhere to safety policies, and promote quality care.
