Registered Nurse - Centennial, CO
Compensation: $38 - $48 Hourly
Overview:
Nexus HR is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver high-quality clinical care focused on improving patient outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and reducing avoidable hospitalizations and healthcare costs.
About the Job

The Registered Nurse will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients receiving specialty and biologic therapies. The RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments as appropriate, monitor clinical responses, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with providers and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care. This role is ideal for a patient-focused nurse who values clinical excellence, care coordination, and innovative approaches to specialty healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Support patients with critical care needs, ensuring timely interventions.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting
  • Strong experience in critical care or acute care settings.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably Epic.
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in home care or nursing home settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety standards.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Schedule:
  • Full-time | Monday - Friday
  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays
