I’m currently recruiting for a well-established pharmaceutical organization seeking a QC Laboratory Planner to support laboratory operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical laboratory professional who enjoys planning, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and driving operational efficiency
.
- Coordinate and optimize laboratory testing schedules to support critical timelines
- Partner cross-functionally with QC, Manufacturing, Stability, and other key teams
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
- Monitor workload, testing timelines, and operational performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations
- 2+ years of analytical laboratory experience
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GMP and QC laboratory operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field
