Job Summary
Bring your energy, curiosity, and passion to help customers enjoy Xfinity products and services. Engage customers enthusiastically, explain product features, provide outstanding service and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify account statements, pay bills in store, and process general service requests.
- Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and provide expert‑level understanding of technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to assist with a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
- Preferred: 2–5 years of relevant retail or customer‑service experience.

Base pay: $18.90 per hour. Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $26.59 per hour. Eligible for sales commission; most sales positions participate in a commission plan. Non‑sales positions may be eligible for a bonus. All positions are eligible for best‑in‑class benefits.
