As a Prepared Foods Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in our culinary operations by preparing, serving, and stocking delicious, high-quality foods. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of all Prepared Foods items to ensure a delightful customer experience.
• Label, date, and rotate all prepared foods to maintain freshness and comply with our quality standards.
• Document any waste or spoilage accurately.
• Follow recipes carefully and use the correct measuring tools to ensure product quality.
• Educate customers about the differences between our products and conventional alternatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen areas, including walk-ins and freezers.
• Be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to contribute on your scheduled shifts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively address customer inquiries.
• Utilize effective merchandising, stocking, and rotation procedures to maximize sales.
• Adhere strictly to health and sanitation guidelines to create a safe environment.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing tasks as assigned, ensuring signage and pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours during shifts.
• Capable of performing various motions, including bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Must be comfortable working with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
