Part time.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with our food program.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and operate the register.
- Provide excellent customer service and make purchase suggestions.
- Assist with store appearance and maintain cleanliness.
- Work with the food program as needed.
- Support team to accomplish daily goals.
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Sales associate or cashiering experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Motivation to advance in career.
- Willingness to learn and have fun.
- Excellent communication with friendly conversation.
- Fast‑paced work while maintaining enjoyment.
- Team player to accomplish daily goals.
- Problem‑solving and quick suggestion skills.
- Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
- Lift/carry up to 30 lbs ground to overhead within 30 minutes per shift.
- Occasionally lift 60 lbs from ground to waist level.
- Push/pull with arms up to 20 lbs.
- Bend at waist with twisting up to one hour per shift.
- Climb ladder to retrieve materials or place/remove signs.
- Hiring Range: $17.25 to $17.75 per hour.
- Sick (annual pay) or weekly pay.
