Bilingual Customer Service Specialist; Spanish

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend solutions. They are expected to resolve concerns promptly, maintain high product standards, and consistently meet store sales goals.

Full‑time at Store #728208, 17100 E Smoky Hill Rd, Centennial, CO 80015.

This position involves customer contact, including minors, and involves cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A criminal history review is required to protect customers, staff, and the business.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English.
• Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, a recent performance appraisal rating of “meets expectations” (3).
• If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Previous experience selling paint and paint‑related products.
• Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
