Position: Account Manager (Hybrid)

Medical Associations, Provider Members, and Healthcare Employers.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare organizations and professionals utilizing our Medical Association Career Platforms. As an Account Manager, you will work most closely with clients (employers) to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their hiring and recruitment goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and provide ongoing support for healthcare employers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive client success by utilizing our own data tools to tell a story
  • Lead and/or collaborate with the sales team to identify and propose upsell & cross-sell opportunities for our employers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify & pursue new business .
  • Set customer expectations, deliver performance reports, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address issues and concerns.
  • Advocate internally for challenges or concerns that you are hearing directly from employers, or that the team experiences.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective services.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Medical Association Career Centers at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare industry or supporting recruitment advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • After completing in-office onboarding, employees transition to a hybrid schedule:
    Tuesday–Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday remote.
