Sales Consultant - Honda Centennial

Holman Honda Centennial is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. The role will focus on driving vehicle sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and associated paperwork.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including desired make, type, and features.
• Explain features, benefits, and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on the road.
• Research vehicle availability using computer database.
• Work with Sales Managers, F&I, and negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and discounts/rebates.
• Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.
• Deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle.
• Assist Sales Manager with customer problems.
• Negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Competitive wages commensurate with experience and qualifications. This commission‑eligible role offers an average monthly pay of $3,000–$10,000, with potential to earn more based on performance.
