The Role

Presidio has an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to grow their careers as a technology sales professional. The Sales Account Manager position is responsible for engaging with customers and technology partners to drive business growth. You will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities. A key part of your success will be your ability to manage your accounts with operational efficiency, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions and strong account management practices.

You’ll Do

You’ll operate as a true business partner to your clients – owning relationships, strategy, and revenue growth.

Grow & Expand Accounts
  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid‑market customers
  • Build trusted, executive‑level relationships that position you as a go‑to advisor
  • Identify and drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across Presidio’s full solutions portfolio
  • Develop and execute account strategies that translate into measurable revenue growth
Win New Business
  • Proactively hunt and close net‑new logo opportunities
  • Build a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and partner alignment
  • Lead high‑impact discovery conversations that uncover business pain and align to outcomes
  • Differentiate Presidio in competitive deals by connecting technology to real business value
Close Complex Deals
  • Lead full sales cycles—from discovery through negotiation and close
  • Partner with technical teams to craft tailored, outcome‑driven solutions
  • Navigate complex buying groups and remove obstacles to accelerate deals

  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder deals
