• Acquiring customer vehicles by cultivating purchases directly from guests who’ve submitted online appraisals.
• Managing inbound leads using the KBB Dashboard and Dealer Socket CRM.
• Connecting quickly with prospects to schedule in‑store reviews and establish purchase opportunities.
• Partnering with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential.
• Maintaining consistent follow‑up using assigned cadence protocols to secure two‑way communication and a formal appraisal appointment.
• Logging all interactions, appointments, and decisions within Dealer Socket.
• Supporting each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Competitive wages commensurate with experience and education, starting in the range of $23.10 – $32.93 USD per hour.
