Position: Outside Sales / Project Manager (Entrepreneurial Track)

This is
not
a standard construction or sales job. This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build a brand, lead a future team, and help turn a local fencing contractor into a national powerhouse. You will shape the systems, culture, customer experience, and identity of the company alongside the founder.

What You'll Do to Start:
  • Meet customers, understand their needs, and confidently sell fencing solutions
  • Build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare and present estimates, follow up, and close deals
2. Project & Operations Management
  • Schedule and coordinate multiple crews and projects
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and information are prepped daily
  • Oversee project execution to maintain quality, speed, and profitability
3. Leadership & Brand Building
  • Work closely with the owner to develop systems for future territories
  • Shape the company culture and customer experience from day one
4. Logistics & Problem Solving
  • Manage timelines, resolve issues, and keep operations moving
  • Think strategically and adjust quickly as new challenges arise
What We’re Looking For:

Experience (Flexible)
  • Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred
  • Fencing/construction experience is a
    plus

  • Strong communicator with entrepreneurial drive
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
