What You'll Do to Start:- Meet customers, understand their needs, and confidently sell fencing solutions
- Build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Prepare and present estimates, follow up, and close deals
- Schedule and coordinate multiple crews and projects
- Ensure materials, equipment, and information are prepped daily
- Oversee project execution to maintain quality, speed, and profitability
- Work closely with the owner to develop systems for future territories
- Shape the company culture and customer experience from day one
- Manage timelines, resolve issues, and keep operations moving
- Think strategically and adjust quickly as new challenges arise

- Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred
- Fencing/construction experience is a
plus

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
