Position OverviewReporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Channel Sales Associate (CSE) serves as the primary touchpoint for existing end‑user accounts in the regional territory, while qualifying leads from marketing or inside sales. The CSE conducts and books demonstrations of the full suite of physical security solutions and supports field sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Proactively outreach to existing customers in the region.
- Build positive, trusted relationships with end users to ensure satisfaction and help realize value from the Motorola Solutions ecosystem.
- Qualify inbound sales leads and respond to inquiries via email and phone.
- Conduct discovery calls and web demonstrations for inbound leads and outbound prospects.
- Collaborate with Channel Sales Executives and territory sales teams to grow business and meet regional quota.
- Manage opportunities under $50k through the channel sales cycle.
- Use Salesforce to track leads, customer activity, tasks, and the opportunity pipeline.
- Work primarily from the office to maintain availability for customer and teammate contact.
- Travel up to 50% to local industry events, conferences, marketing roadshows, and team meetings.
- Passion for solving real problems and making communities safer.

- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills across video, email, and live customer interactions.
- Solid understanding of discovery best practices and the ability to uncover compelling business needs.
- Organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable quickly learning new technology.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Resilient, coachable, and confident in handling objections with professionalism and focus.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
- Travel requirements: up to 50% of the time.

Base salary range: $55,000 – $60,000 USD. Pay within this range varies and depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
