- Do I need insurance experience? No. We're open to candidates with transferable skills from sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles. You'll receive structured training from day one.
- What does training look like? You'll go through a structured onboarding program covering Farmers products, the sales process, customer conversations, and quoting workflows — plus ongoing coaching and performance feedback as you ramp up.
