• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and internal departments via multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in‑house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement and a goal‑oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring a thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish.

Schedule:

Monday—Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week and occasional Saturday shifts.
Base salary: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (varies by skills and experience). Additional competitive compensation based on individual and company performance.
