What You’ll Do

• Connect with small business owners in your territory to understand their unique security and automation needs.
• Deliver personalized, affordable solutions including intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, and automation.
• Conduct on-site consultations and assessments, and present customized proposals.
• Leverage provided leads, local networking, and cold outreach to grow your pipeline.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust, value, and ongoing service.
• Stay on top of ADT’s latest small business solutions and industry trends.

• Experience in outside sales, B2B, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
• A friendly, confident personality with the ability to connect with small business owners.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• A natural sense of ownership and the desire to grow your income through hard work.
• Comfort with using technology (tablets, CRM, presentation tools).
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
