Recent hail storms across the Front Range have created a significant opportunity, and Kapella Roofing is expanding our field team immediately.

We're looking for energetic, competitive go-getters who are comfortable talking to homeowners, working neighborhoods and turning conversations into qualified roofing inspections.

No roofing experience is required. We can teach roofing. We can't teach drive.

$18–$20/hour + performance incentives and bonuses

Your performance directly impacts what you can earn.

Our highest-performing canvassers will have the opportunity to move into roofing sales, where the earning potential is significantly greater.

You'll work targeted neighborhoods impacted by recent hail and help connect homeowners with our roofing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking directly with homeowners
• Identifying potential storm-damaged properties
• Generating qualified roof inspection opportunities
• Scheduling inspections with homeowners/decision-makers
• Accurately documenting homeowner and property information
• Working strategically around active Kapella Roofing projects
• Coordinating with our roofing sales team
• Helping build neighborhood presence and referrals

We're not interested in measuring success simply by how many doors you knock.

We measure results — qualified inspections, opportunities and jobs generated.

We aren't looking at canvassing as a dead-end position.

We want to identify our strongest performers and give them an opportunity to advance into Roofing Sales Representative positions.
