Overview
National Technology Transfer, Inc. (NTT Training) is the leading provider of hands‑on, skills‑based industrial training, serving Fortune 500 manufacturers, educational institutions, and government organizations for over 30 years. We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to coordinate warehouse operations and maintain our industrial training equipment at our Centennial, Colorado facility. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting technical workforce education across the United States by ensuring our training equipment is safe, organized, and fully operational.
Core Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload training equipment.
- Complete shipping and receiving checklists for outbound and inbound training equipment shipments.
- Organize equipment inventory and storage, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective, preventive and repair maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and automation training equipment sets.
- Work with subject‑matter experts and operations staff to ensure training equipment is functional and ready for training events.
- Maintain accurate records for equipment shipping, receiving, inventory, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Identify and recommend improvements in maintenance and warehousing processes to maximize operational reliability.
- Conduct minor repairs on crates, pallets, and containers as needed.
- Classroom setup and breakdown for in‑house training.
- General facility maintenance and upkeep
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience and willingness to learn industrial training equipment maintenance and electromechanical repair.
- Experience operating forklift and pallet jacks.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
