Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.;
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance for all areas of the property, including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.;
Develop, implement, and monitor safety, ergonomic, emergency-response, and injury-prevention programs.;
Keep detailed records and reports; provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.;
Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs; ensure exceptional guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
