Montarra Homes is growing our first Colorado team. We’re looking for a skilled Framing Carpenter who takes pride in precision and wants to create beautiful mountain homes with positive energy.
What you’ll do- Precise framing and SIPs installation.
- Work directly with our Lead Carpenter.
- Help maintain a joyful, focused job site every day.
- 5+ years framing experience.
- SIPs or panelized construction experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, and work at heights.
- Ability to work well with other trades and general contractors.
Pay: $35–$40 per hour + overtime
Perks: Tool allowance, crew meals on big days, room to grow
