We’re hiring an outgoing, relationship‑first Residential Electrician who loves talking with homeowners, listening to their concerns, and guiding them through safe, practical electrical solutions. This is a people‑first service role where you’ll spend quality time with each customer, complete the Home Safety Check every visit, explain findings in easy‑to‑understand ways, offer options, and build lasting trust. A Colorado electrical license is preferred;

• Follow and complete the Home Safety Check on every call (surge protection, grounding, smoke/carbon detector checks).
• Walk customers through results and recommended options in layman’s terms.
• Be curious: ask thoughtful questions and tailor solutions to homeowner needs.
• Spend time with customers - do not rush the experience.
• Convert service into value through clear explanations and honest recommendations.
• Diagnose and solve residential electrical issues.
• Install and repair fixtures, switches, breakers, and panels.
• Document work using an iPad (Service Titan).
• Keep your van stocked and ready.

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid Colorado electrician license (RW, JW, or Master) OR ready to test for CO licensing.
• Proven in‑home sales experience with a strong track record (must submit 2 manager/boss references).
• Comfortable executing our Home Safety Check and explaining any findings to homeowners.
• Outgoing and social, but a great listener who responds to what homeowners actually say.
• Professional, trustworthy, able to build rapport quickly (warm, honest, personable).
• Clean driving record; willing to pass drug test, background check, and MVR for this role.
• Comfortable using an iPad for documentation (Service Titan experience preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.

• Hourly range: $38–$60/hr OTE.
• Hiring bonus: $3,000.

• Training pay is a flat rate based on the candidate’s experience level.
• Weekly training sessions, on‑the‑job coaching, direct manager access.
• Fully stocked van and consistent schedule.

• Must follow home safety protocols every visit.
• Must provide at least two previous bosses/managers as references.
• Must be comfortable taking the time to educate and build rapport with homeowners. This is the key to success in this role.
• Must be licensed. If not already licensed in CO, must be willing to sit for the test within one month. (RW, JW or Masters)
