Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven Fire Inspection Technician to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will assist with the testing and inspection of fire‑alarm systems in assigned buildings, identify and report any problems or deficiencies found in the systems you inspect, and ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.
Responsibilities- Test and inspect commercial fire‑alarm systems within assigned buildings.
- Identify and report problems or discrepancies found in the systems you inspect.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all inspections and testing.
- Monitor the fire‑alarm panel.
- Interact with building owners or building engineers prior to, during, and following the testing process.
- Review reports and initiate next steps as necessary.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Education:
High School/GED or equivalent experience. - Minimum Experience:
1 year of relevant field service or customer service. - Preferred Experience:
Experience in electronics, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation. - Licenses &
Certifications:
Non‑Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $19 to $27 an hour, depending on experience. This posting is expected to remain open until 07/06/2026.
