General Job Description

Residential Piece‑Rate Electrician. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on productivity and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and fixtures in residential homes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Perform service upgrades, new construction wiring, troubleshooting, and final trim‑outs.
  • Adhere to Colorado state and local electrical codes and company safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
Qualifications
  • Valid Colorado State Wireman License (minimum requirement).
  • Proven experience in residential electrical work (new construction, remodels, or service).
  • Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation and basic electrician hand tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in various environments including new construction sites and occupied homes.
  • Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and use of hand and power tools.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and in tight or elevated spaces.
